Nuestra estancia en la villa fue increible! Todo el equipo desde la renta, preparativos previos, servicio de concierge y casera fueron muy atentos, nos hicieron sentir bastante cuidados. La zona es hermosa, hay restaurantes, clubes de playa y campos de golf cercanos. Recomendamos totalmente vivir la experiencia :)

Three generation vacation with nine people at Casa Mataiza. We have been going to Wailea Beach Villas for years at Easter Break. The kids said it was time for a change. Grandparents were initially reluctant about Mexico but we dove in with Mita Residential based on their sterling reputation.
The learning curve was fairly steep but we are so glad we did it. What a fabulous vacation. The house met all our needs with the two ten year olds and the seven year old in their special bedroom.
We found having the cook, helper and maid to be an easy adjustment.... it made it harder to come home though.
The meals were spectacular and it was really great that Grandma and the wives were given a genuine vacation.
We lined up our own transport through VTS Puerto Vallarta. Our Concierge Viviana was very helpful and offered advice on tipping and other details. Excellent communication pre trip and during and post trip.
