Penthouse Pacifico

Our family of four really enjoyed our time in Punta de Mita staying at the Pacifico building in Las Terrazas. Beautiful condo with more than enough room for our family and it easily could have fit another small family. We loved the central location and ease of access to all the amenities and beach clubs. Gaby, our housekeeper, was amazing and we loved having her cook our family amazing breakfasts every day. I highly recommend this location for all families visiting Punta de Mita!

Room was very big for a party of 2but was perfect. We enjoyed the extremely long pool. Emanuel had amazing communication. The cook was so sweet and did a great job on presentation and everything taste delicious. Thank you for making our stay memorable! We really enjoyed it and hope to see you again soon!

stop everything you are doing and BOOK THIS UNIT! It’s going to be the BEST vacation home of your life! To start the entire Punta Mita residential team is just the best we ever dealt with. Karla is extremely friendly, helpful & responsive. Manuel the concierge went above and beyond to make sure everything we needed was reached! Aida, our housekeeper & cook was just the most kind, caring and hard worker person we ever met. Her breakfasts are the bomb. We felt like she was family. Now the unit. The pics just don’t do justice on how amazing this place is! It succeeded our expectations. It’s a very large penthouse with a huge balcony. The furniture, flooring everything is so beautiful and perfect. The golf cart is so fun and easy to drive! No need to rent a car. You can ride around all the beach clubs & even in the small town… The beach clubs are not only beautiful but the perfect addition to a beach vacation. Service, food, drinks everything amazing. We can’t wait to be back!!!

Wonderful stay in a wonderful apartment. I would stay here again with pleasure. This place is the perfect combination of what you want in an Airbnb - style, space, privacy - plus hotel style amenities. The apartment includes access to Punta Mita’s private beach clubs, restaurants, gym, golf, and everything else in this exclusive gated community.

Great stay. We missed having a private pool at the house like the last property we rented, but our cook/housekeeper was wonderful and we had everything else we needed on site. It is a more dated and smaller property than others with an old golf cart, but the condo is clean and comfortable.

We love dealing with Karla for the booking process. Unfortunately, once we are handed over to your concierge service, we have issues. Last time our club access cards weren’t available and our golf cart was broken. This time, they forgot a guest and we had a problem getting into a club. Mistakes happen but now we just expect them
